THE SOFTWARE
The Halv desktop app is open source under the Apache License 2.0. It comes “as is,” with no warranty of any kind, to the extent the law permits. Halv Cloud is a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time. Halv gives no refunds for a month that has started, unless the law requires them.
AGENT ACTIONS
You are responsible for reviewing agent actions before approving them, including proposed file changes and shell commands. Keep appropriate backups and use source control for important work.
MODEL USAGE
Your selected model provider’s terms govern model usage through your account. You are responsible for following those terms.
